Digital Apps and marketing

An interesting and concise blog-post explaining the differences and marketing benefits to be gained from free and paid-for apps.  The life-blood of an increasing array of digital devices such as smartphones and computer tablets, apps can either provide a revenue stream or help build your brand.

The thrust of Andrew Solmssen’s argument is that you need to have a clearly defined strategy as to which route you are following and to be wary of being blown off course because of lapses of strategic judgement.
